Gifted with mutant wings that let him soar thousands of feet in the air at unbelievable speeds, Angel dedicated himself to fighting evil even before he joined the X-Men. Though he sometimes still hides behind the façade of a rich playboy, his true nature is revealed whenever he uses his powers to fight for Professor Xavier's dream of peaceful coexistence between man and mutant.
