Ronan the Accuser is the leader of an elite corps of Kree that act as prosecutors, judges and executioners on Kree-ruled planets. The Accusers have a severe legal code to punish those found guilty of offenses against the Kree Empire. Ronan wears special armor that increases his strength to superhuman levels and can render him invisible. He carries a universal weapon called the Cosmic Rod that can fire energy blasts, create force fields and teleport him through space. The fierce warrior travels throughout the galaxy conquering planets and enforcing Kree laws.
