Ivar is the first minister to Lord Glenn of the planet Draco. The planet Draco was in habited by self-aware robots until the planet eater, Galactus, devoured their home. Now the Draconians are forced to live as part of a group of space nomads called the Wanderers. The Draconians are now sworn enemies of the Silver Surfer. They blame him for leading Galactus to their planet. The Draconians join forces with the ant warriors to seek revenge upon the former herald of Galactus.
