Excitement abounds when Spider-Man in his civilian guise as photographer Peter Parker, investigates the disappearance of Tony Stark. Following clues to an abandoned warehouse, Parker is shocked to find a captive Stark held by the infamous criminal, the Kingpin. Realizing even Spider-Man would be outnumbered by the Kingpin's many heavily armed henchmen, he calls on his old friends the Human Torch, and the X-Men's Cyclops. Swinging into action alongside the Torch and Cyclops, the amazing duo release Stark while holding their own against the henchmen. Finally reaching his special suitcase, Stark is able to transform into the invincible Iron Man, making the battle a quick one for the heroes to win!
